In the Assistive Robotics line of our innovation center, we are dedicated to the development of technologies that improve people’s quality of life through interaction with intelligent robots. Our wide range of services includes different types of robots designed to cover diverse needs:
– One of our developments is the Social Robot, which acts as a customer care in hospital environments. This robot is integrated with the hospital information system (HIS) and can provide patients with information about their medical appointment, indicate the location of their room or provide general information about the facility. Its main objective is to facilitate the patient experience and optimize information management in the hospital environment.
– Another type of robot we offer is the Caregiver/Therapist Support Robot. These robots are designed to provide support and assistance to caregivers and therapists in the care of the elderly. These robots can provide entertainment, perform physical and cognitive exercises, and facilitate social interaction for the elderly. They aim to improve the quality of life of users and provide additional support to healthcare professionals.
– In addition, we have the Home Companion Robot. This robot is intended to provide companionship and emotional support to the elderly at home. It is designed to interact in a friendly manner and offer recreational activities, conversations and medication reminders, among other functionalities. It aims to combat loneliness and improve the emotional well-being of the elderly in their daily environment.
– Finally, we offer Toning and Physical Rehabilitation Robots. These robots allow the performance of muscle toning and physical rehabilitation exercises through the exchange of forces between the robot and the user. They are designed to help in the recovery of motor patterns and improve the strength and mobility of rehabilitation patients.
