Automation and digitalization from industrial experience

We understand Industry 4.0 as a new model of organization and control of the production cycle, connected and sustainable, thanks to new information technologies. Our traditional experience in manufacturing processes, and in the monitoring and control of manufacturing, allows us to offer digital solutions throughout the production cycle. Incorporating different enabling technologies of Industry 4.0, especially focused on interconnectivity, automation and data capture in real time, to enable the concept of ‘smart factory’.
In this line, our focus is on the development of customized solutions for each company, offering great flexibility and adaptability to different types of industries and processes. Incorporating and improving interconnectivity, automation and data capture in real time, for an efficient, sustainable and quality production.

PROBLEMS IT SOLVES

The flexibility of these developments allows customizing the solutions to the needs of the company, working the entire data value chain:
– Capture of information of machine and line variables in industrial IoT (IIoT) platforms from the various sources available in the plant: PLCs, SCADA, existing sensors and incorporation of external sensorization. Connecting everything through the most appropriate communication protocols and networks for each case.
– Design and integration of manufacturing management systems (MES – Manufacturing Execution System), computer-aided maintenance management (CMMS), warehouse management systems (WMS), energy management systems (EMS), and the development of customized platforms for monitoring processes or facilities as needed
– Advanced data analytics on the information collected and implementation of artificial intelligence applications that add value. Including decision support systems, analytics and business intelligence (Business Intelligence and Business Analytics).

REFERENCES / MATURITY

Monitoring and control are key aspects to improve efficiency and productivity in the industrial field. Aware and committed to this, we have developed production monitoring systems that have been implemented in companies from different industrial sectors. Using IoT sensors, operator panels and PLCs to digitize information from automatic, semi-automatic or manual processes. Our systems integrate seamlessly with ERP systems and business intelligence databases, allowing to obtain a real-time picture of the productivity and efficiency of the processes in any device.
