Advanced surface performance by thermal spray coating

In our center we have an outstanding R+D+i capacity in the development and characterization of new materials with industrial interest. Our specialty lies in the application of various types of coatings using thermal spraying technologies, such as Flame powder, HVF and Plasma, on any type of parts and/or substrates, whether metallic, plastic or ceramic. Thanks to the different thermal spraying techniques we use, we can cover any specific need of our customers.
For this performance, we also have an accredited testing laboratory that allows us to evaluate the effectiveness of the coatings applied.
As for certifications, which support our commitment to the highest standards of quality and excellence in the field of surface coatings, we have the following:
– NADCAP AC7109/1 Rev E certification, which establishes audit criteria for thermal spray coating.
– NADCAP Coatings AC7109 Rev F and NADCAP AC7109/5 Rev G certification, which establishes the audit criteria for the evaluation of coatings (laboratory).

PROBLEMS IT SOLVES

We focus on providing new properties and functionalities of value to the material through the application of surface coatings, all with the quality assurance offered by our certifications and accreditations, as well as our commitment to innovation and customer satisfaction. Some of the advantages we provide include:
– Wear and abrasion resistance: our coatings provide increased durability and resistance to friction and wear, extending part life and reducing maintenance costs.
– High-temperature resistance: with our coatings, materials can withstand high temperatures without degrading, which is essential in thermally demanding environments.
– Improved mechanical properties: through our coatings, we improve the hardness, toughness and other mechanical characteristics of materials, increasing their strength and performance in various applications.
– Corrosion resistance: our coatings provide a protective barrier against corrosion, preserving the integrity of substrates and reducing the risk of premature failure.
– Conductivity: we can adjust the electrical and thermal properties of materials through our coatings, improving conductivity and performance in specific applications.
– UV/IR shielding: our coatings provide protection against ultraviolet and infrared radiation, which is crucial in various industries such as aerospace and automotive.
