On January 26th, the technology centers of Castilla y Le\u00f3n showed in a showroom<\/em> their capacity to provide solutions for agri-food digitization.<\/h3>\n\n
<\/div>\n\n

Burgos has been the scene of the showroom of “Digital applications in the food industry” day promoted by the Institute for Business Competitiveness of the Junta de Castilla y Le\u00f3n<\/a>, within the Centr@tec<\/a> program, to facilitate the digitization of small and medium enterprises in the food industry in the community, promoting collaboration between companies and technology centers, providing practical solutions and effective applications.<\/p>\n\n

The showroom was attended by representatives of AIR<\/a>, CARTIF<\/a>, CIDAUT<\/a>, CTME<\/a> and ITCL<\/a> to show the catalog of solutions available at NODDO<\/a>.\nRepresentative examples of applications in different parts of the agri-food value chain were presented: <\/p>\n\n

The real-time monitoring of the inside of silos shown by AIR, allows sending data on humidity, temperature, etc. to control the quantity and quality of feed in and, through predictive analysis, plan demands and consumption.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

The maintenance (CMMS) and production (MES) management systems shown by ITCL.\nThey are implemented and operational in a food manufacturer, for data capture and generation of production indicators in real time. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

Jos\u00e9 Mar\u00eda Vela, Director of the Technological Institute of Castilla y Le\u00f3n (ITCL)<\/a> and president of NODDO, made clear the desire of the Network of Centers to support all those companies that want to start on the road to digitalization.\n\u00c1lvaro Santos, CIO of Campofr\u00edo Food Group in Burgos, shared the digitalization tools used in the La Bureba factory in Burgos. <\/p>\n\n

The meeting was also attended by the delegate of the Junta in Burgos, Roberto S\u00e1iz; Virginia Santamar\u00eda, Territorial Director of ICE in Burgos, and Eduardo Andr\u00e9s Mart\u00ednez, Managing Director of the Association of the Network of Technology Centers of Castilla y Le\u00f3n (NODDO).<\/p>\n\n
