AIR Institute, ITCL, CIDAUT, CESEFOR, and CETECE will be participating in various events as part of the Startup OL\u00c9 2026<\/a> program, which will take place in Salamanca from October 13 to 15. NODDO will support and highlight the participation of the partner technology centers during the event. <\/h3>\n\n

Startup OL\u00c9 Salamanca 2026 will bring together various activities related to entrepreneurship, innovation, and networking among companies, institutions, startups, and other stakeholders in the ecosystem from October 13 to 15<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n

In this edition, several technology centers in Castile and Le\u00f3n that are affiliated with NODDO<\/a><\/strong> are playing a specific role in the program. AIR Institute<\/strong><\/a>, ITCL<\/a>, CESEFOR, and <\/a> <\/strong>CETECE<\/strong> <\/a>will be present at various sessions and venues during the event, while NODDO <\/a><\/strong>will support their participation through communication and outreach and will be on hand to assist the centers. This is precisely the collaboration agreement reached between NODDO and Startup OL\u00c9, with the association itself not participating in the official program. <\/p>\n\n

ITCL is participating in the event with a panel discussion on innovation and healthcare startups<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

Participation by the partner centers begins on October 13<\/strong> with ITCL Technology Center<\/strong>.<\/a><\/p>\n\n

From 7:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.<\/strong>, David Lucio, Head of the<\/strong> Digital Health Area at ITCL, will moderate the panel discussion \u201cThe Role of Health Research Institutes in Promoting Health Startups<\/strong>, \u201d<\/strong> in the Rehearsal Room at the Salamanca Convention Center.<\/p>\n\n

The agenda also includes the participation in this panel of representatives from IBSAL<\/a>, IBioVall, and <\/a> IBioBurgos<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n

That same day, between 8:00 p.m. and 8:30 p.m.<\/strong>, the program includes a panel discussion titled \u201cTechnology Centers as Drivers of Business Innovation.\u201d<\/strong> The agenda is available at this link<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n

October 13: Business Innovation and Entrepreneurship in Healthcare<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

The first day will feature two panel discussions with representatives from the technology centers affiliated with NODDO.<\/p>\n\n

Rehearsal Hall. Salamanca Convention Center. <\/em><\/p>\n\n

ITCL Technology Center<\/a> will be represented by David Lucio, head of the Digital Health Division<\/strong>, who will moderate this panel discussion on the role of health research in the creation and growth of innovative startups.<\/p>\n\n

Also participating will be Luc\u00eda Garc\u00eda, scientific director of IBSAL; Javier Castrodeza, co-scientific director of IBioVall; Alicia Merayo, a researcher with the ALBA Group at the University of Le\u00f3n; and Mar\u00eda Rodr\u00edguez, a member of the Scientific Committee of IBioBurgos.<\/p>\n\n

The event will provide an opportunity to explore the connection between research, technology, and entrepreneurship as a means of translating scientific advances into new healthcare solutions.<\/p>\n\n

This roundtable will bring together representatives from four technology centers affiliated with NODDO to highlight their contribution to innovation, technological cooperation, and business competitiveness.<\/p>\n\n

Speakers will include:<\/p>\n\n
