CETECE is a private non-profit European-wide entity. It was created in 1998 as a training school oriented towards the cereal processing sectors.
During its trajectory, it has been expanding its fields and lines of action. Its activities include all the agri-food sectors, focusing its lines of action on the promotion of training, research and technological development, the increase of quality and the improvement of competitiveness.
CETECE focuses its aims on the benefit of the agri-food sectors, especially the confectionery, bakery and milling sectors,the consumers, the society and the economy in general.
