In our center we have a complete Materials Testing Laboratory that offers a wide range of services for the characterization and validation of materials.
Our goal is to provide our customers with an exhaustive evaluation of their materials, both metallic and non-metallic, through microscopic, mechanical, chemical and non-destructive inspection tests.
The Materials Testing Laboratory is subdivided into two areas according to the material origin, with both areas having the management system certified according to UNE-EN ISO 9.001:2015 and the EN 9100 standard, which guarantees the quality and reliability of our services
– Non-Metallic Materials Testing Laboratory: we have recognized accreditations and certifications (ENAC Accreditation 772/LE 2003 and AENOR Certification No. ER-2031/2003 and No. OP-0003/2018), which allows us to perform tests on plastics, composites, adhesives, rubbers and sealants.
We also comply with the NADCAP standards (NADCAP AC7122-I – Nadcap Audit Criteria for Non Metallic Materials Testing (Required) (Class A: Composites, Class B: Adhesive/Adhesive Primer, Class C: Elastomers)) which qualifies us to carry out tests on composites, adhesives and elastomers.
– Metallic Materials Testing Laboratory: we specialize in the determination of mechanical and metallographic characteristics and defects in metallic materials and welded joints.
In addition, we perform chemical composition tests, control of the effectiveness of surface treatments, climatic tests and subjection of materials to specific temperature and humidity conditions.
We are also certified under NADCAP standards (NADCAP NDT- AC 7114 “NADCAP NonDestructive Testing (NDT)), for non-destructive testing and AENOR (AENOR Certification No. ER-2031/2003 and No. OP-0003/2018).
