NODDO boosts its communication strategy in an internal day of the Communication Group, with the 9 technology centers of Castilla y León, highlighting collaboration, high-level training and talent exchange.

The Official Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Services of Palencia hosted the internal day of NODDO’s Communication Group, a privileged space in which communication managers and directors of the 9 Technology Centers of Castilla y León, AIR Institute, CARTIF, Cesefor, CETECE, CIDAUT, CTME, Itagra, ICAMCyL and ITCL shared a working day full of learning, talent and inspiration.
The morning began with a training session on digital strategy and SEO positioning, led by Caín Santamaría from Innovanity, who explained the keys to integrating tools such as Google Business, Search Console and Analytics in the digital strategies of the centers. A practical session that allowed to analyze real data, evaluate web performance and implement immediate improvements to strengthen online visibility.
After a coffee and networking space, the group received an inspiring public speaking masterclass with Carolina Grijalvo, with V, public speaking expert and creator of the method “El Abanico de la Oratoria”. The session revolved around the power of the word, the importance of body language and the art of technological storytelling. The live dynamics allowed attendees to identify and verbalize the strengths of their respective technology centers, from emotion and authenticity.
One of the key moments of the day was the presentation of NODDO’s Communication Plan 2025, focused on making the Network’s talent and capabilities visible, optimizing digital channels, generating valuable content and strengthening internal communication. The plan includes specific actions for social networks, SEO, creation of graphic materials, thematic campaigns and strategic events, all under a collaborative approach that seeks to make each center shine in its specialization.
From NODDO, we would like to deeply thank all the attendees for their time, commitment and willingness to collaborate, as well as the trainers for their generosity, enthusiasm and knowledge.
This meeting has not only served to advance in the joint communication strategy, but also to strengthen ties between professionals who share a common goal: to make visible the innovative potential of Castilla y León.
